1. Orders
Orders are confirmed by phone or SMS. We may cancel an order because of unavailable stock, a pricing error or unreachable contact details; completed payments are refunded.
2. Pricing & payment
Prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka. Delivery charges appear at checkout. Available methods may include cash on delivery, bKash, Nagad and cards.
3. Product information
We work to keep descriptions, photographs and availability accurate. Minor packaging or colour differences may occur; material differences are covered by our return policy.
4. Digital products
Activated subscriptions and digital goods are non-refundable unless they fail to work as described.
