What is covered
Electronic products are covered against manufacturing defects under normal use. Unless a product page states otherwise, coverage includes a seven-day replacement period plus any brand warranty supplied in the box.

How to claim
Contact us with your order number and a clear photo or video of the problem. After verification we will arrange pickup and repair or replace the product.
