Delivery time
Orders are confirmed by phone and handed to our courier partner within 24–48 hours. Delivery normally takes 1–2 business days inside Dhaka and 2–4 business days elsewhere in Bangladesh.
Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery is available nationwide and is the only payment method.
Returns & exchanges
Report damaged, defective or incorrect products within seven days. Items must be unused and kept with their original packaging. We will arrange an exchange or refund after inspection.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued within 3–5 business days by bKash, Nagad or bank transfer. Delivery charges are refundable when the return is caused by our error.
